干旱胁迫及复水对野牡丹光合和叶绿素荧光参数的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Drought Stress and Rehydration on Photosynthetic and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Melastoma candidum D.Don

摘要 为探究野牡丹的耐旱能力,以野牡丹(Melastoma candidum D.Don)为材料,采用盆栽模拟干旱的方法,持续干旱12 d后复水处理,分别在干旱第3、6、9、12天测量数据,以干旱0 d为对照组,对比不同程度干旱胁迫下及复水后野牡丹光合和叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,随着干旱程度的不断增加,植物净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(g_(s))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))以及蒸腾速率(T_(r))降低,水分利用效率(WUE)先上升后下降;植物叶片最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)降低,非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)有所上升,各项指标经过复水处理后均能恢复到干旱第3天水平。从野牡丹光合和叶绿素荧光参数随不同干旱胁迫的变化及复水后各项指标均能有所恢复可知,野牡丹具有一定的耐旱性。 To explore the drought tolerance of wild peony,wild peony(Melastoma candidum D.Don)was used as the material,the method of the simulated drought was used,rehydration treatment after 12 d of continuous drought treatment,measured at 3,6,9 and 12 d,drought 0 d as the control group,and different degrees of drought stress and the changes of photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters after rehydration were compared.The results show that as the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),pore conductivity(g_(s)),intercellular co_(2) concentration(C_(i)),and transpiration rate(T_(r))decrease,the water utilization efficiency(WUE)increases first and decreases;the maximum photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m)),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR)decreases,and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)can return to the third day level after rehydration treatment.The change of the photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was affected by drought,and the various indexes were recovered after rehydration,which showed that the wild peony has some drought tolerance.
