摘要
为了研究卷绕过程中布卷内部应力分布规律,以厚壁圆筒理论模型为基础,对布卷内部周向应力分布进行弹性力学推演。通过低应变拉伸试验确定熔喷非织造布允许的拉伸条件,并在此基础上,以恒张力卷绕、恒力矩卷绕和锥度张力卷绕为例,分析了不同卷绕条件下布卷内部周向应力的分布情况,提出恒内张力卷绕策略,并得到了其卷绕张力函数曲线。结果表明:不同卷材的力学特性对卷绕效果存在较大影响,锥度张力卷绕和恒内张力卷绕均可有效改善卷绕效果并增大卷径比,采用恒内张力卷绕可有效避免收卷后的卷材不均匀变形问题。
In order to study the internal stress distribution law of the cloth roll during winding process, based on the theory model of thick-cylinder, the elastic mechanics deduction of the internal circumferential stress distribution of the cloth roll was carried out. Through the low-strain stretching experiments, the allowable stretching conditions of the melt-blow nonwovens were determined. And on these bases, taking constant tension winding, constant moment winding and tapered tension winding as examples, the internal circumferential stress distribution of the cloth roll under different winding conditions was analyzed. The constant internal tension winding strategy was proposed, and its winding tension function curve was obtained. The results showed that the mechanical properties of different coils had great influence on the winding effect. Both tapered tension winding and constant internal tension winding could effectively improve the winding effect and increase the coil diameter ratio. The use of constant internal tension winding could effectively avoid the problem of uneven deformation of the coil after winding.
