摘要
针对玻璃布浸胶生产中收卷易产生折皱的问题,本文从浸胶生产的特殊性分析了收卷过程中的张力变化规律及其影响因素,并由弹性理论给出了收卷后胶布卷的内张力分布公式;然后,分析了玻璃布浸胶机收卷系统的工作原理和影响收卷质量的有关因素,通过这些研究,可对收卷系统有关参数及这些参数下收卷情况进行估计;最后,给出了在该工序中避免折皱的对策。
In order to solve the fold often exiting in reels in glass cloth impregnation process, this paper discusses the changing pattern of the tension and the factors that influence the tension based on some specialty of the impregnation process and manufacture requirements. The formulas for the distribution of inner tension in glass cloth reels are given from the theory of elasticity. And then, this paper studies the working principle of the rolling-up system and fluencing factors on the rolling-up quality. The parameters about the rolling-up system and the rolling-up performance with these parameters can be quickly estimated through the study. The necessary conditions to prevent any fold are given in the impregnation process.
