摘要
目的探究运动教育模式引入高等医学院校太极拳课程的理论建构和实证效果,为提升高等医学院校大学生身心健康找到合适的太极拳课程方案。方法通过问卷调查法、实验法对太极拳运动教育模式的教学实验效果进行探究。结果太极拳运动教育模式能够提升大学生的体质健康测试成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);太极拳运动教育模式能够提升大学生的坐位体前屈和立定跳远成绩,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);太极拳运动教育模式能够提升大学生的体育锻炼态度总分和8个子维度得分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论太极拳运动教育模式对于提升高等医学院校大学生的体质健康,特别是大学生的下肢柔韧性和下肢力量具有肯定的作用;太极拳运动教育模式对于提升高等医学院校大学生的体育锻炼态度具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the theoretical possibilities and empirical effects of introducing“sport education model”(SEM)into Taijiquan courses at medical colleges and universities to formulate a suitable Taijiquan course syllabus for improving the physical and mental health of medical college students.Methods Questionnaire and experiment were employed to identify the effects of Taijiquan SEM.Results(1)Taijiquan SEM can improve the physical health test scores of college students significantly(P<0.01);it can boost students′seated forward bend and standing long jump performances with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Taijiquan SEM can increase the total scores of college students′attitudes to physical exercise and the scores in 8 sub-dimensions with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusions(1)Taijiquan SEM can promote the physical health of medical college students,especially their lower limb flexibility and strength;(2)it can enhance their attitudes toward physical exercise.
