摘要
太极拳历经数百年演变,形成了以太极哲理为理论基础,以儒、道思想为文化内核的中华传统拳术,其“内修外练、天人合一”的身体文化与精神文化的理念极具时代价值。目前,太极拳已被列为世界级非物质文化遗产,传播到世界150多个国家和地区,习练者超过3亿人,得到了大众及社会的广泛认可。因此,在新时代背景下太极拳将承担着新的历史使命。文章主要通过文献资料法、系统分析法、逻辑分析法深入挖掘太极拳在武德、医理、历史等方面的思政元素,并结合体育教学设计在目标引领、对象分析、手段与方法、教学评价四个方面为体育教育专业太极拳课程进行系统、完善的课程思政的教学设计。
Taijiquan has evolved over hundreds of years,forming a traditional Chinese boxing technique with Taiji philosophy as the theoretical basis and Confucianism and Taoism as the cultural core,and its physical culture and spiritual culture concept of "internal cultivation and external practice,and the unity of heaven and man" are of great value to the times.At present,Tai Chi Chuan has been listed as a world-class intangible cultural heritage,spread to more than 150 countries and regions in the world,with more than 300 million practitioners,and has been widely recognized by the public and society.Therefore,in the context of the new era,tai chi will undertake a new historical mission.This paper mainly excavates the ideological and political elements of Taijiquan in martial arts,medical science and history through the literature method,systematic analysis method and logical analysis method,and combines the physical education teaching design in the four aspects of goal guidance,object analysis,means and methods,and teaching evaluation to carry out systematic and perfect curriculum ideological and political teaching design for the taijiquan curriculum of physical education professional.
