摘要
目的了解江西省农村环境卫生现状,评价农村环境卫生质量,为合理配置环境卫生资源、制定环境卫生改善措施提供依据。方法采用加权TOPSIS法、加权秩和比法、加权综合指数法、灰色关联分析法对2021年江西省农村人居环境进行综合分析和评价,然后应用平均值法、加权平均组合评价法进行组合评价。结果四种评价方法的评价结果不同,但高度相关,且一致性较好;经平均值法、加权平均组合评价后的结果一致,环境卫生质量排序靠前的地区为E9、E2、E1,靠后的地区为E11、E10、E4。结论四种方法均适合在农村环境卫生质量评价中应用,但联合应用可更科学、全面地评价农村环境卫生质量。
Objective To know about the status quo of rural environmental sanitation in Jiangxi Province and to evaluate the quality of rural environmental sanitation,so as to provide the basis for rational allocation of environmental sanitation resources and formulation of improvement measures for environmental sanitation.Methods The weighted TOPSIS method,weighted Rank-Sum Ratio(RSR),weighted comprehensive index method,and Grey correlation analysis method were used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the rural human settlements in Jiangxi Province in 2021,and then the average value method and weighted average combination evaluation method were used for combination evaluation.Results The evaluation results of the four evaluation methods were different,but they were highly correlated and consistent.The results were consistent after the combined evaluation of the average value method and weighted average method.E9,E2,and E1 were the top areas of environmental health quality,and E11,E10,and E4 were the bottom areas.Conclusions The four methods were suitable for the evaluation of rural environmental sanitation quality,but the combined application can evaluate the quality more scientifically and comprehensively.
