橡胶粉改性沥青的热稳定性及其复合沥青的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过改变工艺条件、润滑油预处理胶粉以及添加外添加剂等3种方法,探究其对橡胶粉改性沥青相容性及其他性能的影响;在此基础上制备3种橡胶粉复合改性沥青,并对其进行基本性能、红外以及热重测试分析。结果表明:工艺条件的改变以及润滑油预处理胶粉对橡胶粉改性沥青相容性改善效果有限,且会对其他性能造成不利影响;在外添加剂中,疏水性纳米白炭黑、偏苯酸酐对橡胶粉改性沥青的相容性改善效果明显,能够达到改性沥青相容性的技术要求(软化点差小于2.5℃)。从物理性能和微观性能分析3种橡胶粉复合改性沥青可知,与其余两种复合沥青相比,复合沥青P-CRMA/E不仅相容性好,且物理性能较为优越,满足改性沥青的各项技术要求。 By changing the process conditions, pretreating rubber powder with lubricating oil and adding external additives, the effects of these methods on the compatibility and other properties of rubber powder modified asphalt were studied.On this basis, three kinds of rubber powder composite modified asphalt were prepared and their basic properties were analyzed by infrared and thermogravimetric test.The results showed that the improvement of the compatibility of rubber powder modified asphalt was limited by changing the process conditions and pretreating with lubricating oil, and it even had a negative impact on other properties.In the external additives, hydrophobic nano-silica and 1,2,4-Benzeneticarboxylic anhydride had obvious effect on improving the compatibility of the rubber powder modified asphalt, which met the technical requirements of the compatibility of the modified asphalt(the softening point difference was less than 2.5℃).From the physical properties and micro-performance analysis of three kinds of rubber powder composite modified asphalt, compared with the other two kinds of composite asphalt, the composite asphalt P-CRMA/E not only had good compatibility, but also had superior physical properties, which met all technical requirements of modified asphalt.
