精表处技术在新余市公路沥青路面预养护中的应用研究 被引量:13

Study on the Application of Fine Surface Treatment Technology in the Pre Maintenance of Xinyu Highway Asphalt Pavement

摘要 通过现场调研江西省新余市2条公路路况,结合当地交通、气候等特点,分析了2条沥青路面的早期病害及成因。针对新余市沥青路面早期病害特点,采用新型精表处预养护技术对新余市2条沥青路面进行预养护处理,对路面精表处施工前后的摆式摩擦系数、构造深度、渗水系数等技术指标进行了对比研究。结果表明,精表处技术对原病害路面的改善效果优异,高性能胶结料与玄武岩集料形成的一层抗滑薄层为路面提供了良好的抗滑抗磨耗性能,封闭了原路面微小裂缝,显著提高路面整体的抗水损性能。精表处施工工艺简便快捷,且施工层不足1cm,具有明显的经济及社会效益。 Based on the field investigation of the two roads in Xinyu City,Jiangxi Province,combined with the characteristics of local traffic and climate,the early diseases and causes of the two asphalt pavements are analyzed.In view of the early disease characteristics of Xinyu asphalt pavement,two asphalt pavements in Xinyu City were pre maintained by using the new pre maintenance technology of fine surface,and the technical indexes such as tilting friction coefficient,structural depth and water permeability coefficient before and after the construction of the fine surface of the pavement were compared.The results show that the improved effect of the fine surface treatment technology on the original pavement is excellent.A layer of anti sliding thin layer formed by high-performance cement and basalt aggregate provides a good anti sliding and anti abrasion performance for the pavement,seals the micro cracks of the original pavement,and significantly improves the overall anti water loss performance of the pavement.The construction technology of the fine surface is simple and fast,and the construction layer is less than 1 cm,which has obvious economic and social benefits.
