摘要
厚煤层一次采全高技术是一种高效采煤技术,回采过程中实现工作面的合理支护十分关键。结合1203工作面的实际情况,重点分析了工作面顶板支护设计和顶板控制方案。在顶板支护设计时,分析了工作面支护强度的确定、液压支架的选型以及两巷超前支护参数。在顶板控制时,分析了正常状态时、特殊条件以及端头支护和超前支护情况。希望所述内容可以为一次采全高综采工作面的支护提供一定的参考。
Full-seam mining technology in thick coal seam is an efficient mining technology.It is very important to realize reasonable support of working face in the mining process.Combined with the actual situation of 1203 working face,this paper analyzed the roof support design and roof control scheme emphatically.In the design of roof support,the determination of working face support strength,the selection of hydraulic support and the advance supporting parameters of two roadways were analyzed.In controlling the roof,the normal condition,special condition,end support and advance support were analyzed.It is hoped that the content can provide some reference for the support of full-seam fully-mechanized mining face.
