摘要
为了降低巷道支护成本,提升经济效益,以台头煤矿2S202-1综采工作面为研究背景,通过现场实测,结合数值模拟对工作面进行支护优化研究。通过分析发现,优化后的支护方案与原有支护方案支护效果差距不大,但支护所需的材料及成本得到了有效降低,通过对工作面顶板及围岩变形情况进行监测发现,优化后的支护方案能够保证巷道的应力环境稳定,同时有效控制顶板的离层情况。
In order to reduce the roadway support cost and improve the economic benefit,the support optimization of the working face is studied based on the field measurement and numerical simulation of the 2S202-1 fully mechanized working face in Taitou coal mine.Through the analysis,it is found that the support effect of the optimized support scheme is not much different from that of the original support scheme,but the materials and costs required for support have been effectively reduced.Through the monitoring of the deformation of the roof and surrounding rock of the working face,it is found that the optimized support scheme can ensure the stability of the stress environment of the roadway,effectively control the separation of the roof.
