摘要
以有机生活垃圾好氧堆肥和厌氧发酵沼渣为研究对象,通过盆栽试验探讨其与化肥配施对青菜(Brassica chinensis)产量、品质、土壤养分和土壤酶的影响特征。结果表明,与100%施用化肥处理相比,有机生活垃圾处理产物堆肥、沼渣与化肥配施处理部分提高了青菜干物质积累量和品质,干质量增幅为17.3%~44.2%,可溶性糖含量增幅为59.7%~114.8%,可溶性蛋白质含量增幅为80.5%~159.7%,硝酸盐含量最多降低了35.8%;堆肥和沼渣与化肥配施提高了土壤肥力,有机碳、总磷含量增幅分别为1.1%~40.1%和30.4%~34.7%,而蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性增幅分别为16.3%~42.8%和17.9%~70.5%。总之,一定比例生活垃圾处理产物与化肥配施有利于青菜产量、品质和土壤肥力的提升,以100%化肥补充20%堆肥为最佳配比。
Using the compost and fermented biogas residue after aerobic and anaerobic treatment of organic domestic waste as the research objects,the effects of their combined application with chemical fertilizer on the yield,quality,soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities of Brassica chinensis were discussed through pot experiment.The results showed that,compared with 100%chemical fertilizer application,combined application of organic domestic waste compost and biogas residue with chemical fertilizer partially improved dry matter accumulation and quality of B.chinensis,the dry weight increased by 17.3%-44.2%,the soluble carbohydrate content increased by 59.7%-114.8%,the soluble protein content increased by 80.5%-159.7%,and the max decreasing amplitude of nitrate content was 35.8%.Application of compost and combined application of biogas residues and chemical fertilizers improved soil fertility,contents of organic carbon and total phosphorus increased by 1.1%-40.1%and 30.4%-34.7%respectively,while the increasing amplitude of sucrase and catalase activities were 16.3%-42.8%and 17.9%-70.5%respectively.In conclusion,the combined application of a certain proportion of domestic waste processing products and chemical fertilizers is beneficial to the improvement of yield,quality and soil fertility of B.chinensis,and the best ratio is 100%chemical fertilizer supplemented with 20%compost.
