摘要
通过生物炭—辣椒盆栽试验,研究果木炭与猪粪炭在0%(CK)、5%(G5和Z5)和10%(G10和Z10,以风干土计)添加量下,种植辣椒后对重金属污染土壤养分及修复效果的影响。结果表明:添加生物炭后(未种植作物),与CK组相比,土壤全氮、有效磷和速效钾含量明显增加,且添加猪粪炭对养分含量提升效果更显著。种植后,土壤有效磷和速效钾含量均有所下降,而仅添加猪粪炭使全氮含量有所下降。种植前后猪粪炭添加有利于土壤养分的提升与保持,且Z10组效果最佳。生物炭对Pb、Hg和Cd的修复效果依次减弱。其中,猪粪炭添加对三种重金属的修复效果整体较优,且修复效果随猪粪炭浓度增加显著增强;果木炭对Pb和Hg的修复效果较好,对Cd的修复效果较不稳定,后期治理中可优先选用猪粪炭进行修复。
Through the biochar-pepper pot experiment,the effects of fruit biochar and swine biochar on the nutrient and remediation effect of heavy metal contaminated soil before and after planting pepper at the concentration of 0,5%and 10%(in terms of dry soil)were studied.The results showed that the content of total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil increased significantly compared with CK group,and the effect of adding swine boichar on nutrient content was more significant.The addition of swine biochar before and after planting is conducive to the improvement and maintenance of soil nutrients,and the Z10 group has the better effect.The repairing effects of biochar-pepper on Pb,Hg and Cd were as follows:total Cd>total Pb>total Hg.The effect of swine biochar addition on the repair of three heavy metals is better than that of fruit biochar,and the repair effect is more significant with the increase of swine biochar concentration;fruit biochar has a better effect on the repair of mercury and lead in soil,while the repair effect on total Cd is unstable.In the later management,swine biochar can be used for repair.
