摘要
将劈裂注浆扩散过程简化为平面辐射圆,基于牛顿型本构方程分析了浆液流场变化特征,并将劈裂通道下侧砂层视作半无限空间弹性体,采用弹性力学推导了均布荷载下劈裂通道宽度、浆液压力的分布方程;通过调节浆液黏度、土体弹性模量等参数,对“浆-土”耦合效应下砂土劈裂注浆基本规律进行了探讨。研究结果表明:孔口及浆液锋面处注浆压力衰减较快,而中间区段压力衰减较慢,劈裂通道宽度的分布趋势则与浆液压力分布趋势完全相同;浆液扩散半径与浆液黏度、砂土弹性模量正相关,劈裂通道宽度与浆液黏度正相关,而与砂土弹性模量负相关。最后,结合始祖山隧道进行了工程验证,表明理论计算值与现场开挖检测值偏差16%~20%,处于工程设计允许范围,证实了理论模型的适用性。
The splitting grouting diffusion process is simplified as a plane radiation circle.The variation characteristics of slurry flow field are analyzed based on Newton’s constitutive equation.The sand layer under the splitting channel is regarded as a semi infinite space elastomer.The distribution equations of splitting channel width and slurry pressure under uniformly distributed load are derived by elasticity.By adjusting the parameters such as slurry viscosity and soil elastic modulus,the basic law of sand splitting grouting under the“slurry soil”coupling effect is discussed.The results show that the grouting pressure at the orifice and slurry front decays rapidly,while the pressure in the middle section decays slowly,and the distribution trend of splitting channel width is exactly the same as that of slurry pressure;The slurry diffusion radius is positively correlated with slurry viscosity and sand elastic modulus,and the splitting channel width is positively correlated with slurry viscosity and negatively correlated with sand elastic modulus.Finally,combined with the engineering verification of Shizushan tunnel,it is found that the deviation between the theoretical calculation value and the field excavation detection value is 16%-20%,which is within the allowable range of engineering design,indicating the applicability of the theoretical model.
