摘要
针对圆梁山隧道高压富水区的岩溶水类型及特点,确定合理的注浆范围、注浆方式、注浆压力、注浆材料及注浆量等参数。在此基础上设计高压注浆的封孔和止浆系统,选择套筒的内外径尺寸及粘结剂,并对其可靠性进行分析和检算。针对不同溶洞类型,尤其是充填型溶洞,利用稳定岩层或止浆墙进行高压注浆,在细砂层地段实行分段注浆,循环进度为5m,不仅实现了安全,而且该系统应用于注浆施工中已取得理想效果,实现5m3·(m·d)-1的控制渗流量。
Appropriate grouting parameters such as grouting extent, grouting method, grouting pressure, grouting material type and grouting rate are determined by analyzing the particular Karst aquifers within high pressure and rich water zone in Yuanliangshan tunnel. Borehole occluding procedure and process are developed in accordance with the specific karst feature. Inner and outer diameters of the sleeves and adhesives are selected; The system reliability is analyzed and checked so as to secure safety in construction. With different karst type, especially filling karst, subsection grouting are carried out in fine sand stratum with stable rock wall or grouting wall under high pressure with a cycle progress of 5 m. With the application of the system in grouting, not only safety is ensured, but also ideal grouting effects are obtained and the seepage discharge of 5 m3·(m·d)-1 can be controlled.
