摘要
目的观察分析健康教育对心绞痛患者生活质量的影响.方法于2020年1月-2020年12月之间选择140例心绞痛患者,并按照干预方式的不同划分为常规干预组和健康教育组各70名患者,常规干预组给予常规的药物治疗和饮食建议、病情监测等,健康教育组在常规干预组的基础上,进行健康教育干预.两组于干预后6个月进行回访,以生活质量量表进行评估,并与干预之前的生活质量评分进行对比分析.结果两组心绞痛患者在干预之后的生活质量评分均明显高于干预之前(P<0.01),且健康教育组评分升高幅度均明显大于常规干预组(P<0.01).结论健康教育应用于心绞痛患者可明显优化病情控制力度,改善患者的生活质量.
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of health education on quality of life of patients with angina pectoris.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,choose between 140 cases of angina pectoris patients,and according to the different methods of intervention are divided into conventional intervention and health education group all the 70 patients,conventional intervention group was given conventional drug treatment and diet advice,condition monitoring,health education in conventional intervention group,on the basis of health education intervention.Both groups were followed up 6 months after the intervention and were assessed with a quality of life scale and compared with a quality of life score prior to the intervention.Results The life quality score of angina pectoris patients in both groups after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.01),and the increase of health education group was significantly higher than that of routine intervention group(P<O.01).Conclus ion Health education in patients with angina pectoris can obviously optimize the intensity of disease control and improve the quality of life of patients.
