摘要
中医内科学是中医教学中的一门主干课程,是中医基础理论与临床学科的桥梁课程,也是其他临床学科的基础,中医内科学对于培养学生中医临床思维能力具有至关重要的作用。传统的教学方法以教师为中心,教学方式单一,学生兴趣低下,学习态度被动,无法适应临床的要求和当今社会发展的需要,如何改革中医内科学现行教学模式,树立“以学生为中心”的理念,重点培养学生中医临床思辨能力,培养其自主学习和终身学习的能力,充分发挥学生的积极创造性和主动性,是中医内科学教学研究改革的关键所在。
Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a main course in TCM teaching,a bridge course between the basic theories of TCM and clinical disciplines,as well as the foundation of other clinical disciplines.TCM internal medicine plays a vital role in cultivating students’TCM clinical thinking ability.The traditional teaching method is teacher-centered,which is single,leading to the students’interest is low,the learning attitude is passive,and cannot meet the clinical requirements and the needs of today’s social development.The key to reform research of teaching of TCM internal medicine is how to reform the current teaching mode of TCM internal medicine,establish a student-centered concept,focus on cultivating students’ability of clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine,cultivate their ability of independent learning and lifelong learning,and give full play to students’active creativity and initiative.
