摘要
固体推进剂燃烧过程中铝团聚现象会引起诸如两相流损失、熔渣沉积、比冲降低和燃料能量释放不完全等一系列负面影响。因此,铝团聚抑制方法的研究对于提高发动机性能具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了固体推进剂燃烧过程中铝颗粒团聚过程及其影响因素,重点介绍了目前铝团聚抑制方法的研究进展,并分析和总结了现有抑制方法的机理和优缺点。最后,提出了未来需要关注的几个研究方向。
Aluminum agglomeration in the combustion process of solid propellant will cause a series of negative effects,such as two-phase flow loss,slag deposition,specific impulse reduction and incomplete fuel energy release.Therefore,the research on aluminum agglomeration inhibition methods are of great significance to improve engine performance.In this paper,the agglomeration process of aluminium particles and its influencing factors during the combustion of solid propellant were briefly introduced,with emphasis on the current research progress of aluminium agglomeration inhibition methods,and the mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of existing inhibition methods were analyzed and summarized.Finally,several research directions that need to be paid attention to in the future are proposed.
