摘要
目的构建腹膜透析护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法在文献分析及半结构式访谈的基础上,通过德尔菲法以及层次分析法分析,确定该体系的各项指标及权重。结果两轮专家函询问卷全部收回,有效率为100%,专家的权威系数为0.905,专家判断系数为0.900,专家熟悉系数为0.910。两轮函询专家对指标条目意见的肯德尔和谐系数(W)分别为0.471和0.445,各数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。最终构建了包括6项一级指标、14项二级指标和42项三级指标的腹膜透析护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论应用科学方法构建的腹膜透析护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系可靠、实用,对规范评价腹膜透析护士有指导意义,可在临床推广。
Objective To construct an evaluation index system of post competency of peritoneal dialysis nurses.Methods The post competency index items of peritoneal dialysis nurses were determined by literature analysis and semi-structured interview,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis were used to confirm the weight of each indicator.Results The two rounds of expert letter consultation questionnaires were all collected,and the effective rate was 100%.The coefficient of authority of the experts was 0.905,the coefficient of expert judgment was 0.900,and the coefficient of expert familiarity was 0.910.The Kendall’s harmony coefficient(W)of experts’opinions on the index items in the two rounds were 0.471 and 0.445,respectively,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.01).Finally,peritoneal dialysis nurses post competency evaluation index system included 6 fist-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.Conclusion The peritoneal dialysis nurses post competency evaluation index system is scientific,practical,which can provide reference basis for standardized evaluation of peritoneal dialysis nurses,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
