摘要
目的分析营养相关知识、习惯强度、结果预期、社会赞许性、自我效能5种社会心理决定因素与高年级小学生含糖饮料摄入行为的关系,为社会认知理论在儿童营养教育中的应用提供参考。方法通过对北京市两所小学共1487名4~6年级小学生进行问卷调查,了解上述5种因素得分,分别建立逐步回归模型和随机森林回归模型分析问卷中相关因素与含糖饮料摄入行为的关系。结果小学生每周含糖饮料摄入次数为6.0(3.0,10.0)次,每日含糖饮料摄入量为117.9(50.7,200.7)mL;小学生营养相关知识得分为3.0(2.0,4.0)分,含糖饮料摄入的习惯强度、结果预期、社会赞许性、自我效能得分分别为1.0(1.0,3.0)分、-1.7(-2.7,-1.0)分、7.0(5.0,8.0)、4.7(4.0,5.0)分。不同含糖饮料摄入次数分级的被调查小学生在上述5种因素的得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上述5种因素得分均对被调查小学生含糖饮料摄入行为有较为显著的影响,特别是习惯强度、结果预期、自我效能。结论5种社会心理决定因素与高年级小学生含糖饮料摄入行为影响均较为显著。在设计健康教育课程时应注意考虑这几方面的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship between the five psychosocial determinants of nutrition related knowledge,habit strength,outcome expectation,social desirability and self⁃efficacy and the intake behavior of sugar⁃sweet⁃ened beverages in senior primary school students,so as to provide reference for the application of social cognitive theory in children′s nutrition education.Methods Through a questionnaire survey of 1487 primary school students in grades 4-6 in two primary schools in Beijing,the scores of the above five factors were understood,Using Stepwise regression analysis to analyze the relationship between factors related to sugar⁃sweetened beverages in the questionnaire and times of weekly intake of sugar⁃sweetened beverages and daily intake of sugar⁃sweetened beverages respectively,and using random forest regression model to verify the influence of relevant factors on the intake behavior of sugar⁃sweetened beverages.Results The times of weekly intake of sugar⁃sweetened beverages was 6.0(3.0,10.0)times,and the daily intake of sugar⁃sweetened beverages was 117.9(50.7,200.7)ml;The scores of nutrition related knowledge of primary school students were 3.0(2.0,4.0),and the habit strength,outcome expectation,social desirability and self⁃efficacy scores of sugar⁃sweetened beverages intake were 1.0(1.0,3.0),-1.7(-2.7,-1.0),7.0(5.0,8.0),4.7(4.0,5.0),respectively.There were significant differences in the scores of the above five factors among the investigated pupils with different sugar⁃sweetened bev⁃erages intake times(P<0.05).The scores of the above five factors have an important impact on the sugar⁃sweetened bever⁃ages intake behavior of the investigated primary school students,especially the habit strength,outcome expectation and self⁃efficacy.Conclusion The five psychosocial determinants and the behavior of sugar⁃sweetened beverages intake of senior pri⁃mary school students were significantly affected.When designing health education curriculum,we should pay attention to these aspects.
