摘要
构建科学合理的中职学生劳动素养培育体系是新时代劳动教育应有之义,更是职业教育人才培养质量监测的重要环节。对湖北省2所中职学校26位师生的深度访谈结果显示,中职学校绝大多数管理者与专任教师对劳动教育重视程度高,学生自身劳动观念与劳动意识淡薄,劳动主观能动性较差;学校劳动教育课程顶层设计较为科学,但配套设施不完善,实施难度较大;教师和管理者都期望家庭、学校、社会、企业共同承担学生劳动素养培育的重任,而非“一方独撑”等。因此,需要从劳动教育人才培养目标设定、教师队伍建设、学生劳动观念及“政-校-家-社”四位一体等方面积极培育中职学生劳动素养。
Constructing a scientific and reasonable labor literacy training system for secondary vocational students is the proper meaning of labor education in the new era,and it is also an important link in the quality monitoring of vocational education personnel training.This study conducted in-depth interviews with 26 teachers and students from 2 secondary vocational schools in Hubei Province.The results show that most of the administrators and full-time teachers of secondary vocational schools attach great importance to labor education,while the students’own labor concept and consciousness are weak,and the subjective initiative of labor is poor.The top-level design of the school labor education curriculum is scientific,but the supporting facilities are not perfect and it is difficult to implement.Teachers and administrators all expect that families,schools,society and enterprises jointly undertake the task of cultivating students’labor literacy,rather than rely on one party alone.Therefore,it is necessary to actively cultivate the labor literacy of secondary vocational students from the following aspects:the goal setting of personnel training for labor education,the construction of teacher groups,students’labor concept,and the four-in-one of“politics-school-home-society”.
