摘要
近年来,我国高度重视中小企业发展,已逐渐将其打造成稳定经济、增加就业的重要支柱。党的十八大以来,我国中小企业发展取得显著成效,创新能力加速跃升。对此,本文结合国际形势,深度研究了将中小企业发展作为经济支柱的欧盟和德国,系统梳理了其培育中小企业创新发展的政策布局和先进经验,并提出了针对性建议,以期为完善我国中小企业发展环境提供参考价值。
In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and has gradually built them into an important pillar to stabilize the economy and increase employment.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that it’s required to promote the development of SMEs of"little giant"that feature specialization,refinement,uniqueness and innovation.In this regard,this paper,combining with the international situation,has deeply studied the EU and Germany,which take the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as the economic pillar,systematically sorted out their policy layout and advanced experience in fostering the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and put forward targeted suggestions,with a view to providing reference value for improving the development environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
