摘要
“一带一路”倡议提出以来,丝路金融合作取得了很大成就,与中国开展金融合作的国家和地区越来越多,金融合作形式日益丰富,人民币的国际地位得到了大幅提升,但是也存在一些障碍。那么如何抓住历史机遇,进一步深化丝路金融建设?我们认为,数字货币作为人民币成为“丝路货币”的新引擎,是丝路金融合作深化的新路径,是推动“一带一路”建设新的驱动力。本文从丝路金融建设情况出发,在分析人民币流通状况、国际地位变迁、存在障碍与问题的基础上,重点研究了数字人民币的功能优势及其促进丝路金融合作深化的机制与路径,并提出了相关政策建议。
Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward eight years ago, great achievements have been made in Silk Road financial cooperation. More and more countries and regions have carried out financial cooperation with China, and the forms of financial cooperation have become increasingly diversified. The international status of RMB has been greatly improved. Then how to seize the historical opportunity to further deepen the construction of Silk Road finance? We believe that digital currency, as a new engine for the RMB to become a “Silk Road currency”, is a new path for deepening financial cooperation along the Silk Road and a new driving force for the Belt and Road Initiative. Starting from the situation of the financial construction of the Silk Road, this paper focuses on the functional advantages of the Digital Currency Electronic Payment and the mechanism and path of promoting the deepening of the financial construction of the Silk Road based on the analysis of the circulation situation of the RMB, the change of its international status, the existing obstacles and problems, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
