摘要
某型飞机短舱下罩曲面复杂,采用整体成型蜂窝夹层结构,热压罐成型,该零件在成型过程中圆角区产生了大的变形,本文对该零件成型过程中出现的变形问题进行了分析,找出所有造成零件变形的原因,对所有造成变形因素进行逐个分析和试验,确定了影响零件变形的主要原因为零件双R结构外形和零件圆角区铺层方式,并通过工艺试验进行验证,将零件圆角区变形减小了50%,极大地改善了复杂曲面零件成型的变形问题。
The lower cover of a certain type of aircraft naclet is complex surface, the whole honeycomb sandwich structure is used and the autoclave is formed. The rounded corner area has a large deformation in the forming process of the part. This paper analyzes the deformation problems in the forming process of the part, finds out all the causes of the deformation of the part, and analyzes and tests all the deformation factors one by one. The main reasons affecting the deformation of the parts were determined, including the double R structure shape and the layup mode of the rounded corner area. The results were verified by the process test, and the deformation of the rounded corner area was reduced by 50%, which greatly improved the forming deformation problem of the complex curved surface parts.
