摘要
复合材料蜂窝夹层结构具有强度高、比刚度大、密度小、抗压和抗弯性能好等特点,在民用飞机领域被大量应用。应用部位包括机身、发动机罩、整流罩、舱门、天线罩、前缘等。蜂窝夹层结构的大量应用显著减轻了飞机结构的重量,随着成型工艺的进步和材料性能的提高,蜂窝夹层结构逐渐应用于地板等主承力结构上。本文首先分析了蜂窝夹层结构的研究进展和发展过程。其次,梳理了蜂窝夹层结构在典型飞机部件上的应用情况。最后,介绍了蜂窝夹层结构在民机地板上的应用现状。
The composite honeycomb sandwich structures are widely used in civil aircrafts due to their high strength,high specific rigidity,low density,good compression and bending resistance characteristics.Many of their applications are in the critical structural sections of the aircraft,such as the fuselage,engine cowl,fairing,door,radome,leading edge,et al.The widely applications of honeycomb sandwich structures have significantly reduced the weight of aircraft.With the development of molding technology and the improvement of material properties,honeycomb sandwich structures have gradually been applied to main load-bearing structure such as floors.In this paper,the research progress and development process of honeycomb sandwich structure is introduced firstly.Then,the application of honeycomb sandwich structure on typical aircraft components is sorted.Finally,the application of honeycomb sandwich structure on the floor of civil aircraft is presented.
