摘要
导致预制T梁发生形变的因素有很多,其中最为关键的是预应力的变化与作用方向,因此,对预制T梁形变及有效预应力检测评估技术进行分析与研究。首先,对预制T梁形变及影响条件进行简要分析,并得出形变的结果。结合上述得出的形变结果,获取预应力荷载参数,同时,设定双向机理检测结构,以此为基础,构建SFM重叠检测模型,采用竖向压缩检测实现有效预应力检测评估,为后续的施工奠定更为坚实的基础,推动相关行业的进一步创新与发展。
There are many factors leading to the deformation of precast T-beam,and the most important one is the change and action direction of prestress.Therefore,the deformation analysis and effective prestress detection and evaluation technology of precast T-beam are analyzed and studied.First of all,the deformation and influence conditions of precast T-beam are briefly analyzed,and the results of deformation are obtained.Combined with the above deformation results,the prestress load parameters are obtained,at the same time,the two-way mechanism testing structure is set up,on the basis of which the SFM overlap detection model is constructed,and the vertical compression detection is used to realize the effective prestress detection and evaluation,which lays a more solid foundation for the follow-up construction and promotes the further innovation and development of related industries.
