公路桥梁工程中预应力混凝土桥梁的检测与加固 被引量:1

摘要 预应力混凝土桥梁在公路桥梁建设中应用广泛,具有抗裂性能优越、刚度高、耐久性好等性能优势,国内多数桥梁施工设计应用了全预应力构件。然而,在施工、养护不当乃至设计载荷存在缺陷的情况下,桥梁开裂等问题时有发生。本文分析了预应力混凝土桥梁常用的应力释放、静力测试、超声回弹等检测技术,结合工程案例提出了静力测试技术的实际应用方法,提出了裂缝修复、被动加固以及主动加固等桥梁加固处理方法,以为相关单位人员提供参考。 Prestressed concrete bridges are widely used in the construction of highway bridges.They have the advantages of superior crack resistance,high rigidity and good durability.Most of the bridge construction designs in China use fully prestressed components.However,in the case of improper construction and maintenance,and even defective design loads,problems such as bridge cracking occur from time to time.This paper analyzes the commonly used detection technologies such as stress release,static test,ultrasonic rebound and so on for prestressed concrete bridges.Combined with engineering cases,the practical application method of static test technology is proposed,and bridge reinforcement treatment methods such as crack repair,passive reinforcement and active reinforcement are proposed to provide reference for relevant people.
