摘要
随着我国现代工业化的持续推进,现阶段建筑业转型升级的重要举措是大力发展装配式建筑,装配式建筑的高成本严重阻碍其发展。为降低装配式建筑成本,通过文献研究与案例分析识别出设计、生产、运输和装配4个阶段的影响因素,采用社会网络分析法构建装配式建筑成本影响因素社会关系网络,使用Ucinet6.199软件进行网络密度和中心性分析。结果表明,预制率和装配率、建筑形式和规模、构件拆分的合理性与标准化程度、施工现场管理和吊装水平及工种间的协同配合对装配式建筑成本影响较大。基于分析结果提出降低装配式建筑成本的建议,促进装配式建筑的发展。
With the continuous advancement of modern industrialization in China,an important measure of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry at this stage is to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.The high cost of prefabricated buildings seriously hindered its devel-opment.In order to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings,the influencing factors of the four sta-ges of design,production,transportation and assembly were identified through literature research and case analysis,the social network analysis method was used to construct the social relationship network of the factors influencing the cost of prefabricated buildings,and the Ucinet6.199 software was used to analyze the network density and centrality.The degree of prefabrication,construction site manage-ment and hoisting level,and the coordination between the types of work had a great impact on the cost of prefabricated buildings.Based on the analysis results,suggestions were put forward to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings and promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
