摘要
目的运用信息化手段,实现单病种数据的自动填充、质控指标统计分析及上报管理。方法搭建智能化单病种质控数据上报系统,系统根据ICD-10编码自动入组,智能分配填报医生,自动采集并标化患者数据,实现数据实时智能填充、数据上报质量的管理与控制、国家平台的一键上报。结果系统上线应用后,医院单病种自动填充比率提升至85%,平均填报时间减少92%,日均上报病历数是原来的130倍,国家平台的病历审核通过率接近100%。结论智能化单病种质控数据上报系统的应用,极大地方便了医院的单病种自动填充并提升了质控管理与数据上报工作的效率。
Objective To explore the automatic filling of single disease data,statistical analysis and reporting management of quality control indicators by applying informatization means.Methods This paper takes the construction and application of an intelligent single disease quality control data reporting system as an example.The system automatically joins the group based on the national disease standard ICD-10 code,intelligently assigns fill in doctors,automatically collects and standardizes patients’data,and realizes realtime intelligent data filling,management and control of the quality of data reporting,and one-click reporting to the national platform.Results After applying the single disease quality control data reporting system,the hospital’s single disease automatic filling rate increased to 85%,the average filling time was reduced by 92%,the daily average number of reported medical records had increased 130 times,and the case review pass rate on the national platform reached 100%.Conclusion The application of the intelligent single-disease quality control data reporting system greatly facilitates the hospital’s single-disease automatic reporting,quality control management and data reporting.
