精细化质量控制在某三甲医院病案管理中的效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨精细化质量控制在某三甲医院病案管理中的效果。方法回顾性收集某三甲医院2017年1月—2018年6月接受常规管理的1500例患者病案资料,纳入A组;回顾性收集某三甲医院2018年7月—2020年1月接受精细化质量控制管理的1500例患者病案资料,纳入B组。比较两组管理期间病案首页合格率、病案缺失缺项率以及医疗纠纷发生率,管理后医院病案管理水平及患者对病案管理的满意度。结果管理期间,B组病案首页质量合格率高于A组,病案缺页缺项率、医疗纠纷发生率均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,B组病案管理质量得分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,B组患者对病案管理满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化质量控制用于医院病案管理中,能有效提升病案首页质量合格率,减少病案缺失缺项以及医疗纠纷的发生,且能有效提升病案管理质量水平以及患者对病案管理的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of refined quality control in medical record management of a tertiary hospital.Methods Retrospectively collect medical record data of 1500 patients who underwent routine management in a tertiary hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 and include them in group A;retrospectively collect medical record data of a tertiary hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 for refined quality control medical records of 1500 patients under management were included in group B.During the management of the two groups,the qualification rate of the first page of the medical record,the rate of missing and missing items of the medical record,and the incidence of medical disputes,the level of hospital medical record management after the management,and the patient's satisfaction with the medical record management were compared.Results During the management period,the qualified rate of the first page quality of medical records in group B was higher than that in group A,and the rates of missing pages and missing items in medical records and the incidence of medical disputes were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the medical record management quality score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,patients in group B were more satisfied with medical record management than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of refined quality control in hospital medical record management can effectively increase the qualification rate of medical record homepage quality,reduce the lack of medical records and the occurrence of medical disputes,and effectively improve the quality of medical record management and patients'satisfaction with medical record management.
