海洋装备电机常用金属材料表面防护盐雾试验分析

Analysis of salt spray test for surface protection of motor metal materials used in marine equipment

摘要 针对海洋装备电机常用的7种典型金属材料2A12、7A04、2Cr13、05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、022Cr17Ni12Mo2、1J50、DT4C及常用的表面防护处理方式,进行盐雾试验,通过腐蚀形貌分析表面防护体系耐腐蚀性能,获得耐盐雾腐蚀性能最佳的表面防护体系。结果表明:钢基体化学镀镍磷合金镀层耐腐蚀性能优于铝基体,铝基体中7A04耐腐蚀性能优于2A12;铝基体硫酸阳极化、黑色电泳,铁基体铁红+丙烯酸聚氨酯漆、黑色电泳和化学镀镍耐盐雾腐蚀性能较好;不锈钢的Cr含量对材料耐腐蚀性能的影响显著,通常含Cr较高的不锈钢耐腐蚀性能较优,含Cr较低的不锈钢耐盐雾性能较差。为海洋装备用电机金属材料及防护措施的选用提供依据。 Salt spray test according to GJB 150.11A-2009 was carried out for seven typical metal materials 2A12,7A04,2Cr13,05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb,022Cr17Ni12Mo2,1J50 and DT4C which were commonly used for marine equipment motors and their common surface protection treatment methods.The corrosion resistance of the surface protection system was analyzed through the macro corrosion morphology.The surface protection system with the best salt spray corrosion resistance was obtained.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating on steel substrate is better than that of aluminum substrate,and the corrosion resistance of 7A04 in aluminum substrate is better than that of 2A12.Sulfuric acid anodizing of aluminum substrate,black electrophoresis,iron matrix iron red+acrylic ployester ammonia paint,black electrophoresis and electroless nickel phosphours salt spray have good corrosion performance.The chromium content of stainless steel has a significant impact on its corrosion resistance.Generally,stainless steel with high chromium content has excellent corrosion resistance,while stainless steel with low chromium content has poor corrosion resistance.It can provide technical basis for the selection of motor metal matericals and protective measures used in marine equipment.
