摘要
铝锰防锈合金LF21M由于其较好的耐蚀性而得到了广泛应用,采用中性盐雾试验对LF21M材料的耐蚀行为进行了考察,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)、能量色谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电化学极化曲线法对LF21M材料的腐蚀行为进行了分析研究。结果表明:LF21M铝合金在潮湿的含氯离子环境中容易诱发点蚀,但腐蚀后的材料表面覆盖有一层薄而致密的Al2O3氧化膜,该氧化膜可有效地延缓腐蚀的继续发展,从而使材料的耐蚀能力有所提高。
The corrosion behavior of LF21M alloy in a neautral salt spray of NaCl was investigated. Thus the corrosion behavior of the LF21M alloy was analyzed making use of neutral salt spray test in combination with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement. Results showed that the LF21M aluminum alloy was liable to pitting corrosion in humid environment containing chloride ion. However, a thin and condense aluminum oxide film was formed on the corroded surface, which was benifical to increasing the corrosion resistance of the LF21M aluminum alloy.
