摘要
坚持“以环境应急监测为核心,以技术人员为纽带”的理念,以准确掌握事发地及附近敏感点空气污染状况为目的,按照快速反应、业务过硬、数据分析准确的原则,对环境应急监测的主要任务、工作程序、监测技术、案例等展开分析,为开展更高效的环境应急监测工作提供技术支持。
Adhere to the concept of “taking environmental emergency monitoring as the core and technical personnel as the link”, in order to accurately grasp the sensitive spots near the ground and air pollution condition for the purpose, in accordance with the timely,accurate, reliable and data, the principle of decision support, this paper, the main task of the environmental emergency monitoring work procedures, monitoring technology analysis, case analysis and other important factors, to provide technical support for carrying out more effi cient environmental emergency monitoring.
