摘要
目前,经济建设和环境污染两者之间的矛盾日渐加剧,突发环境污染事件时有发生,生态环境部门及全社会都应深刻认识到应急监测的重要性和必要性。本文有针对性地探讨了在突发应急环境污染事件中,应急监测人员的主要任务,总结了应对突发环境污染应急事件中存在的一些短板,提出了提升应急监测能力的建议。指出只有不断创新和完善应急监测制度和管理,才能更好地解决突发环境污染问题。
As the contradiction between economic development and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly prominent and sudden environmental pollution events occur from time to time,the ecological and environmental departments and the whole society should be deeply aware of the importance and necessity of emergency monitoring.This paper makes clear the main tasks of emergency monitoring personnel in emergency environmental pollution incidents,summarizes some shortcomings in emergency environmental pollution incidents,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the ability of emergency monitoring.Only by constantly innovating and improving the emergency monitoring system and management can we have greater confidence and determination to handle the sudden environmental pollution problems.
