摘要
从符合儿童行为特征的角度,提升自然博物馆儿童的参观体验。采用非干预式的跟踪观察法观察儿童参观过程,借鉴艾伦的对话分析框架分析儿童与其同行者的对话内容。发现儿童在参观时具有感知觉体验敏感、喜好身体探索、偏爱故事性的叙述和社交依赖等特征。提出感官体验放大、探索互动、情感式叙事和增强社交联结等设计策略,以浙江自然博物院杭州馆为例进行了设计实践。为博物馆中的儿童体验设计提供理论参考。
From the perspective of conforming to the characteristics of children’s behavior to improve children’s visiting experience in the museum of Nature.Nonintervention tracking observation method was used to observe the children’s visit process,and the dialogue analysis framework of American scholar Alan was used to analyze the content of the dialogue between children and their companions.It is found that children are sensitive to sensory experience,fond of physical exploration,fond of narrative and social dependence during visiting natural history museums.The design strategies of children’s experience in the Natural History Museum are proposed,including sensory experience amplification,physical exploration and interaction,emotional narration and enhancing social connection.Hangzhou museum of Zhejiang Natural Museum is taken as an example for design practice.It provides a theoretical reference for children’s experience design in the museum.
