摘要
目的探究自我效能护理干预在卵巢癌患者术后中的护理效果及对心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取196例卵巢癌术患者作为研究对象,按单双数将其分为对照组(单数)与观察组(双数),每组98例。对照组实施基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取自我效能护理干预,比较两组患者干预后护理满意度、干预前后焦虑及抑郁评分。结果观察组在干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分[(51.35±2.35)分、(52.38±1.96)分]低于对照组[(56.36±2.96)分、(56.37±2.43)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自我效能护理干预可提升患者满意度,有效改善其心理状态,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of self-efficacy nursing intervention on postoperative ovarian cancer in patients and its infl uence on mental state and quality of life.Methods 196 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group(singular number)and observation group(even number),98 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given self-efficacy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group[(51.35±2.35)points,(52.38±1.96)points]were lower than[(56.36±2.96)points,(56.37±2.43)points]of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After intervention,nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-effi cacy nursing intervention can improve patients'satisfaction,improve their psychological state and improve their quality of life.
