摘要
目的:观察快速康复外科理念在卵巢癌围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取早期卵巢癌手术治疗的患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组予常规护理,研究组予快速康复外科理念模式护理,比较两组患者临床相关指标,应激指标水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组首次进食时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、术后引流时间均低于对照组,术中体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后研究组皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者围手术期予快速康复外科理念模式护理,可降低其术后并发症,强化心理状态,缓解应激水平,缩短住院时间,促进疾病恢复,优于常规护理效果。
Objective:To analyze application effects of fast track surgical concept on perioperative nursing of ovarian cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with early ovarian cancer surgery treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study group and control group by using the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group was given the nursing based on the fast track surgical concept.The clinical indicators,stress levels and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first time of oral feeding,exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time and postoperative drainage time of the study group were less than those of the control group;the intraoperative temperature was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative levels of cortisol,norepinephrine,adrenaline and blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients with ovarian cancer during the perioperative period,the nursing based on the fast track surgical concept can reduce the postoperative complications,strengthen the mental state,relieve the stress level,shorten the hospitalization time,and promote the disease recovery.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing care.
