摘要
目的:探讨中药熏洗联合血液灌流对尿毒症合并睡眠障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取进行维持性血液透析治疗的120例尿毒症合并睡眠障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组行血液透析治疗,观察组采用中药熏洗联合血液灌流治疗,疗程均为10周。对两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表评分、心理状态及社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分进行分析及比较。结果:观察组总有效率[88.33%(53/60)]高于对照组[71.67%(43/60)](P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候评分,入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、日间功能障碍及匹兹堡睡眠质量量表总分,焦虑评分、抑郁评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足部熏洗联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症合并睡眠障碍效果良好,可减轻临床症状及负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,提升社会功能。
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with hemoperfusion on uremia with sleep disorder. Methods: All 120 patients treated by maintenance hemodialysis were chosen, and allocated to the observation group and the control group by using random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated by hemodialysis, and the observation group by herbal fumigation and hemoperfusion, the course was ten weeks. To analyze and compare clinical effects, TCM syndrome integrals before and after the treatment, PSQI, psychological state and social disability screening scale score between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was [88.33%(53/60)], higher than [71.67%(43/60)] of the control group. After the treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group in TCM syndrome integrals, the time to fall asleep, the duration of sleep, sleep disorder, quality of sleep, daytime dysfunction, and total scores of PSQI, SAS, SDS and social disability screening scale score(P<0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fumigation with foot and hemoperfusion could gain good effects in the treatment of uremia and sleep disorder,which could mitigate clinical symptoms, negative emotion, improve quality of sleep and lift social function.
