摘要
为深入贯彻落实《横琴粤澳深度合作区建设总体方案》,更好引导激励澳门青年参与粤港澳大湾区建设、融入国家发展大局,通过实地调研、座谈会、个案访谈法和问卷调查法,对在珠海横琴创新创业的澳门青年以及在澳门工作和生活的青年群体进行调研,全面总结澳门青年在横琴创新创业现状,结果发现过半澳门青年创业者的创业目的是实现自身价值,丰富的市场资源和良好的市场环境成为澳门青年选择来横琴创新创业就业的主要动因;进一步深入剖析澳门创业青年在生活就业、交流互动、创业活动、创业服务和资源获取等方面的困难和诉求及其成因,针对创业载体不完备、创业资源获取不足、创业成本高以及创业服务保障不够精准等四大方面的困境,提出按照创新生态化、创业社区化的思路,多维度并高水平打造琴澳青年创新创业就业综合示范中心、拓展政策宣贯和保障服务的覆盖面、完善政策帮扶机制、健全多元化的青年创业投融资体系、完善创新创业生态圈生活圈等对策建议,共绘澳门青年创新创业新蓝图。
In order to thoroughly implement the "Overall Plan for the Construction of the Hengqin-GuangdongMacao Deep Cooperation Zone", and to better guide and motivate Macao youth to participate in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and integrate into the overall development of China, through field research, symposium, case interview and questionnaire survey, this paper conducts a survey on Macao youth working for innovation and entrepreneurship in Hengqin, Zhuhai, and young people working and living in Macao,comprehensively summarizes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship of Macao youth in Hengqin,the results showthat the entrepreneurial purpose of more than half of the entrepreneurs is to realize their own value,and rich market resources and good market environment have become the main motivation for the young people in Macao to choose to come to Hengqin for innovation, entrepreneurship and employment. It further in-depth analyzes the difficulties and demands of Macao entrepreneurial youth in terms of life and employment, communication and interaction, entrepreneurial activities, entrepreneurial services and resource acquisition, etc. as well as their causes, in view of the four difficulties of incomplete entrepreneurial carrier, insufficient entrepreneurial resource acquisition, high entrepreneurial cost and insufficient entrepreneurial service guarantee, proposes to build a comprehensive demonstration center for youth innovation, entrepreneurship and employmentin Hengqin-Macao in accordance with the idea of innovation ecology and entrepreneurshipcommunity, expand the coverage of policy publicity and guarantee services,improve the policy assistance mechanism, improve the diversified youth entrepreneurship investment andfinancing system, and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem life circle countermeasures and suggestions, to draw a new blueprint for innovation and entrepreneurship among young people in Macao.
