某车型排气系统挂钩的静力与动刚度分析及结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 燃油车排气系统对发动机的动力性能有着很大的影响,排气系统的挂钩性能间接影响其使用寿命。以某车型排气系统的挂钩作为分析对象,利用有限元仿真分析该排气系统挂钩结构,使用OptiStruct求解器进行4G静力工况模拟,分析排气系统挂钩处的焊缝应力,在挂钩处施加50~200 Hz范围内Z向振动,基于速度导纳法分析挂钩动刚度。以企业标准作为判断依据,采取增加辅助支撑及强化焊接方式对不合理处进行结构优化,设计6种不同优化方案分别进行仿真计算。结果表明:方案四与方案六符合企业标准,优化后排气系统挂钩结构性能得到改善。 The exhaust system of fuel vehicle has a great influence on the dynamic performance of the engine, and the hook performance of the exhaust system indirectly affects its service life.The hook of the exhaust system of a certain model was taken as the analysis object, and the hook structure of the exhaust system was analyzed by finite element simulation.The OptiStruct solver was used to simulate 4G static working conditions, and the weld stress at the hook of the exhaust system was analyzed.The Z direction vibration in the range of 50-200 Hz was applied to the hook, and the dynamic stiffness of the hook was analyzed based on the velocity inductance method.Taking the enterprise standard as the judgment basis, the structure of unreasonable place was optimized by adding auxiliary support and strengthening welding.Six different optimization schemes were designed and simulated.The result shows that fourth and the sixth schemes are in line with the enterprise standard, and the performance of the hook structure of the optimized exhaust system is improved.
