摘要
为提高汽车排气系统的噪音、振动及耐久性能,对排气系统的简化模型进行了模态和静力计算以及综合的分析和研究。利用Hyper-mesh和ABAQUS进行建模和计算,得出系统固有的模态,确定在怠速状态下与发动机的固有频率有无共振的潜在威胁,并通过发动机激励计算,分析各挂钩的支反力和位移;通过静力计算,判断系统在各种工况中发生的局部应力值和位移量是否在承受范围内;根据两种计算的结果,判断整体系统的可行性及优化和改进方向。结果表明,模态和静力计算的交叉综合分析可以得出整体系统在振动和耐久性方面的正确结果,提高前期研发过程中的效率,也为后期开发新车种时提供参考研究数据。
In order to improve the NVH and durability of the automobile exhaust system,the simplified model of the exhaust system was calculated by modal and static analysis,and comprehensive analysis and research were conducted.Using Modeling and computing with Hyper-mesh and ABAQUS,we determined there is no resonance with the natural frequency of engine at idle,and through the calculation of engine excitation,the reaction force and displacement of each hooks were analyzed.Local stress and displacement of exhaust system parts in various working conditions are within the target range by static calculation.According to the results of the two kinds of calculation,the feasibility of the whole system and the direction of optimization&improvement were judged.The experimental results show that the correct results of vibration and durability of the whole system can be obtained by the cross comprehensive analysis of modal and static calculation,Improve the efficiency in the early R&D process,and provide reference research data in the later development of new car.
