华北油田耐温高密度压裂液体系研制与性能评价 被引量:3

Development and Performance Evaluation of Temperature-resistant and High-density Fracturing Fluid System in Huabei Oilfield

摘要 常规压裂液耐温差、密度低,无法满足压裂需求,为保障勘探开发效果,必须研究耐高温、可加重、低成本的压裂液体系。为此选择室内自制羟丙基超级瓜胶JK202作为稠化剂,加入浓度为0.4%~0.45%(质量分数),优选出最佳有机硼交联剂XM-4,加入浓度为0.6%~0.65%,优选了加重密度为1.2 g/cm^(3)以内的NaCl加重剂,确定加重密度为1.2 g/cm^(3)时NaC1体系压裂液最优配方。对高温高密度压裂液体系进行综合性能评价,实验结果表明:NaCl加重压裂液各添加剂之间配伍性良好,在150℃、170 s^(-1)条件下剪切60 min,最终黏度稳定在100 mPa·s以上;通过调节pH值为9~12,交联时间可控制在2.7~10.3 min之间。该研究成果可为现场高温高应力储层压裂改造提供技术支撑。 Conventional fracturing fluid has poor temperature resistance and low density,which cannot meet fracturing demand.In order to ensure the effect of exploration and development,it is necessary to study the fracturing fluid system with high-temperature resistance,possibility of weighting,and low-cost.Based on this,the indoor self-made hydroxypropyl super guar gum JK202 is used as the thickener,with the dosage concentration of 0.4%~0.45%(mass fraction).The best organoboron crosslinking agent XM-4 is selected,and its dosage concentration is 0.6%~0.65%.The NaCl weighting agent with weighted density within 1.2 g/cm^(3)is selected,and the optimal formula of NaCl system with the weighted density of 1.2 g/cm^(3)is determined.The comprehensive performance evaluation of the high-temperature and high-density fracturing fluid system shows that the compatibility among additives of NaCl weighting fracturing fluid is good.After shearing for 60 minutes with 150℃and 170 s^(-1),the final viscosity is stable at 100 mPa·s or more.By adjusting the pH value ranging 9 to 12,the crosslinking time can be controlled between 2.7 and 10.3 minutes.The research results can provide technical support for on-site fracturing and reconstruction of high-temperature and high-stress reservoirs.
