库车山前超深井抗高温高密度油基钻井液技术 被引量:9

High temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid for ultra-deep wells in Kuqa Piedmont

摘要 库车山前超深储层面临高温、高压、高矿化度的巨厚复合盐膏层、高压盐水层等井下苛刻条件,钻井液技术瓶颈问题亟待解决。通过技术攻关,形成一套国产抗高温高密度油基钻井液体系,其抗温能力达到200℃,最高密度可达2.60g/cm3,具有优异的流变性能。实例应用表明:克深24-11井采用抗高温高密度油基钻井液技术,有效解决盐膏层段恶性卡钻与目的层段井壁失稳难题,保障井下作业的安全;此外,盐膏层及目的层钻进工期显著缩短,效率大幅度提高,钻井提速效果显著。抗高温油基钻井液技术保障复杂地质条件下深井安全高效钻井,为超深层油气资源安全高效开发提供强有力的技术支撑。 The ultra-deep formations in Kuqa Piedmont is characterized by ultra-high temperature,abnormal high pressure,ultra-thick composite salt-gypsum formation,high-pressured brine layer,so it will bring great challenge to drilling engineering.A set of high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid system produced in China has been formed by tackling key technical problems.Its temperature resistance capacity reaches 200℃,and the highest density can reach 2.60 g/cm3,which has superior rheological properties.The practical application shows that the high temperature and high density oil-based drilling fluid has been recommended to run in Keshen 24-11 in this Block.It can solve the malignant pipe sticking of salt formations and borehole instability of target zones effectively,and no stuck pipe or other incidents caused by drilling fluid is encountered,resulting in safety drilling operation preferably.Meanwhile,the drilling period of salt formations and target zones has been shortened greatly,and the drilling efficiency has been improved significantly,so the drilling speed-up effect is remarkable.It has served as a guarantee for safety and high quality drilling under complicated geological conditions.It has brought great economic and social benefits,and provided a strong technical support for efficient exploration and development of ultra-deep petroleum resources.
