新规则视角下跆拳道女子49kg级冠军竞技能力特点研究——以泰国选手翁巴达娜吉为例被引量：4

A Study of the Characteristics of Taekwondo Women’s 49kg Champion’s Competitive Ability under New Rules——A Study of Thailand’s Wongpattanakit

摘要 2022年2月世跆联对跆拳道竞技规则进行了新修订,此后,每一局比赛的对抗性明显增强,这对跆拳道运动员的竞技能力又提出了更高的要求。本研究将在新规则视角下,以东京奥运冠军和巴黎大奖赛冠军选手翁巴达娜吉在2020年东京奥运会和2022年巴黎大奖赛中所表现出来的竞技能力为研究对象,通过视频观察法、数据分析法、文献资料法、对比分析法进行研究,结果表明:该运动员目前的竞技能力表现出专项无氧能力突出、柔韧性和相对爆发力等素质全面发展、前腿组合技术变化能力强、后腿技术稳步提升、积极防守能力强的特点。针对该冠军的竞技能力优势特点和短板不足,建议我国运动员全面提高自身竞技能力和对新规则的适应能力,同时又要针对性进行专项体能、技战术训练,打造自身的制胜技战术。 In February 2022, the World Taekwondo Federation revised the rules of taekwondo competition. Since then, the competition in each round has been significantly more confrontational, which requires more competitive abilities from taekwondo athletes. This paper presents a study of the characteristics of the competitive abilities under new rules of Wongpattanakit, the champion of 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and 2022 Paris Grand Prix, shown at these two events. The study used video observation, data analysis, literature review and comparative analysis. It reached the conclusions that the athlete’s current competitive abilities have the characteristics of outstanding specific anaerobic capacity, all-round abilities including flexibility and relative explosive power;great change ability of foreleg combination techniques, steadily improved hind leg techniques, and strong active defense. As the advantages and disadvantages of the champion’s competitive abilities are clear, Chinese athletes should improve their own competitive ability comprehensively and improve the ability to adapt to new rules. Meanwhile, we recommend to have special physical fitness training, techniques and tactics training to build winning techniques and tactics.
