摘要
2022年法国总统选举鸣金收兵,现任总统马克龙击败老对手勒庞,顺利实现连任。马克龙再次入主爱丽舍宫,有望延续其上一任期的内外政策,这对法国、欧洲乃至世界的稳定起到了重要作用。尽管马克龙成功连任,但此次大选凸显的选民热情低迷、传统政党衰落和政治极化加剧的特点暴露出法国正面临来自国内外的许多问题,这对马克龙的第二个执政期构成了严峻挑战。鉴于此,本文旨在从法国总统选举的视角入手,客观分析此次大选的结果和特点,在此基础上探讨法国当前面临的问题以及马克龙第二任期的执政挑战,并提出马克龙未来执政前景的若干思考。
The 2022 French presidential election was a golden ending, and the current President Marco Long defeated his old rival Le Pen and successfully won re-election. Makron’s reaccession to the Elysee Palace is expected to continue the domestic and foreign policies of his last term, which has played an important role in the stability of France, Europe and the world. Although Makron was re elected successfully, the characteristics of this election, such as the low enthusiasm of voters, the decline of traditional political parties and the intensification of political polarization, exposed that France was facing many problems from home and abroad, which posed a serious challenge to Makron’s second term of office.In view of this, the purpose of this paper is to objectively analyze the results and characteristics of the French presidential election from the perspective of the French presidential election, on this basis, discuss the current problems faced by France and the governance challenges of Makron’s second term, and put forward some thoughts on Makron’s future governance prospects.
