摘要
李竹英教授认为,支气管哮喘慢性持续期的病机以肺肾二脏虚损为主,亦兼痰实之证,病性属虚实夹杂。李竹英教授由此提出从“金水相生”论治哮喘的观点,在临床治疗中着重从肺肾论治,以纳肾宣肺、培元固本为主要治法,兼用化痰药物以治标。常选用麻黄(炙)、苦杏仁、款冬花(炙)、地龙、五味子、罂粟壳、太子参、黄芪、白术、知母、北沙参、淫羊藿、补骨脂等药,随证加减。文章阐述了李竹英基于“金水相生”理论对哮喘中医病机的认识和运用该理论治疗哮喘的临床经验,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Professor Li Zhuying believes that chronic persistent bronchial asthma is mainly caused by deficiency of lungs and kidneys, manifested as the syndrome of excessive phlegm, and has the nature of intermingled defi ciency and excess. Accordingly,Professor Li puts forward the view that asthma should be treated from the perspective of "mutual generation of metal and water",and he focuses on the clinical treatment of the disease from the lungs and kidneys by adopting the methods for nourishing the kidneys to ventilate the lung qi, reinforcing the healthy qi and consolidating the body resistance, in combination with phlegmresolving drugs to treat the symptoms. Medicines used commonly in the treatment include ephedra(stir-fried), bitter apricot seeds, common coltsfoot fl owers(stir-fried), earthworm, Chinese magnoliavine fruits, poppy capsules, heterophylly falsestarwort roots, milkvetch roots, largehead atractylodes rhizomes, common anemarrhena rhizomes, coastal glehnia roots, epimedium herbs, malaytea scurfpea fruits, etc., which should be added or subtracted according to specifi c syndromes. This article expounds Professor Li’s understanding of the pathogenesis of asthma in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of "mutual generation of metal and water" and his clinical experience in a bid to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
