摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加黄芪秸秆对西门塔尔杂代肉牛生长性能、血清生化指标的影响。选择体重(439.35±5.98)kg左右的健康西门塔尔杂交肉牛24头,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组肉牛饲喂基础TMR日粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、400、600 g/d的黄芪秸秆粉。预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验各组肉牛的体重、平均日增重、料重比均差异不显著(P>0.05),试验1组肉牛的平均日增重有提高趋势,料重比有降低的趋势。与对照组相比,试验1组、2组肉牛血清中总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验1组、2组、3组肉牛血清中肌酐(UREA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验1组、2组肉牛血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在肉牛日粮中添加适量黄芪秸秆粉,可在一定程度改善肉牛生长性能,促进机体对蛋白质的吸收代谢,从而促进动物机体健康水平,建议添加量200~400 g/d为宜。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Astragalus straw supplementation on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Simmental hybrid beef cattle.Twenty-four healthy Simmental crossbred beef cattle with the body weight of(439.35±5.98)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and one cattle in each replicate.Cattle in control group were fed with basal TMR diet,and those in experimental groups were fed with basal diets supplemented with 200,400 and 600 g/d Astragalus straw powder,respectively.The pretest lasted for 15 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,there was no significant difference in body weight,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio among all experimental groups(P>0.05).The average daily gain of experimental group 1 had a trend of increasing,while feed to gain ratio had a trend of decreasing.Compared with control group,the content of TP,GLB and ALB in serum of beef cattle in test group 1 and group 2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of UREA in serum of beef cattle in test group 1,group 2 and group 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of SOD,GSH-Px,IgA and IgG in bovine serum in test group 1 and group 2were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding proper amount of Astragalus straw powder in beef cattle diet can improve the growth performance of beef cattle to a certain extent,and promote the absorption and metabolism of protein in body,promote the health level of animals,it is recommended to add 200~400 g/d.
