橙皮苷、绿原酸对断奶仔猪生长、抗氧化和免疫机能的影响 被引量:26

Effects of hesperidin and chlorogenic acid on performance,antioxidance and immunity of weaned piglets

摘要 选用(28+2)日龄断奶的三元杂交仔猪24头,按体质量和性别分成4个处理组,每个组3个重复。对照组为基础日粮组,试验组分别添加金霉素(250 mg/kg)、橙皮苷(300 mg/kg)、绿原酸(300 mg/kg),试验期4周。结果表明:(1)试验前期橙皮苷组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与金霉素组、绿原酸组间差异不显著;且能极显著降低仔猪早期腹泻率(P<0.01)。试验全期绿原酸促生长的效果优于对照组(P>0.05),但较金霉素相比仍有差距。(2)添加绿原酸提高了仔猪血浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及抑制羟自由基能力(P<0.05);橙皮苷组可显著降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。(3)橙皮苷显著提高了仔猪血浆IgGI、gM含量(P<0.05)。可见饲料中添加橙皮苷、绿原酸能改善仔猪机体清除自由基能力,增加机体抗氧化的能力,从而改善机体健康水平。 Twenty four crossbred piglets, (28+2)day of age,were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 3 replicates. The basal diet was corn soybean meal,which was fed to the 1st group as the negative control. The 2nd group was fed with basal diets adding aureomaycin in 250 mg/kg as the positive control. The 3rd and 4th group were fed with basal diets adding hesperidin in 300 mg/kg and chlorogenic acid in 300 mg/kg,respectively. The trial lasted for four weeks. The results showed that: (1) Dietary hesperidin had significant effect of the ADG (P〈0.05) and diarrhea rate (P〈0.01) compared with the control group during phase 1 ,but had no significant diversity compared with aureomaycin and chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid had no significant effect of the growth performance compared with the control and aureomaycin group. (2) Chlorogenic acid increased serum CAT,GSH-Px concentrations and the CIHR(P〈0.05). Hesperidin significantly reduced the contents of MDA (P〈0.05). (3)Hesperidin significantly increased the contents of IgG,IgM (P〈0.05) to improve the immunity of weaned piglets. We could come to the conclusion that fed the diet with hesperidin and chlorogenic acid had an auxoaction on performance and antioxidance function of weaned piglets.
