垃圾焚烧锅炉常用钢材耐高温腐蚀性能对比试验 被引量:3

High Temperature Corrosion Resistance Contrast Test of Common-Used Steels in Waste Incineration Boiler

摘要 选取12种垃圾焚烧炉常用钢材,采用监测腐蚀前后减薄量的试验方法在垃圾焚烧炉烟气中进行耐高温腐蚀性能试验。结果表明:在垃圾焚烧炉过热器烟气环境中,12种钢材的耐高温腐蚀性能由优到劣的顺序为:TP347H>TP316L>TP321>TP310S>TP304>12Cr1MoVG>15Mo3>20G>SA-210≥T11≥T91>T22。 12 commonly used steel materials for waste incineration boilers were selected,and the high temperature corrosion resistance test was conducted in the waste incinerator flue gas by the test method of monitoring the amount of thinning before and after corrosion.The results show that in the flue gas environment of the waste incinerator superheater,the order of high-temperature corrosion resistance of the 12 steels from good to bad is:TP347 H>TP316 L>TP321>TP310 S>TP304>12 Cr1 MoVG>15 Mo3>20 G>SA-210≥T11≥T91>T22.
