摘要
目的:探讨近10年来我国护理管理信息化领域的研究现状、热点及发展态势,为未来进一步研究提供科学的参考依据。方法:基于中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物数据库进行主题词检索,利用CiteSpace 5.8软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词共现和聚类进行文献可视化分析。结果:共检索有效文献1 373篇,发文量整体呈上升趋势,但机构间的合作不足;高频关键词有“护理质量”“信息系统”“应用效果”等;另外,手术室管理、患者安全、风险管理及满意度在未来有一定研究价值。结论:护理管理信息化研究将会持续受到护理学者们密切关注,未来可加强机构间的学术合作,构建标准化理论体系,比较国内外研究现状进行下一步深入研究。
Objective To explore the current researches,hot spots and development trend in the field of nursing management informatization in China in the past ten years,and to provide a scientific reference basis for further research in the future.Methods Keywords retrieval were conducted based on CNKI,Wanfang,CQVIP and China Biology databases,and visual bibliometric analysis was performed on CiteSpace 5.8 on the number of publications,authors,institutions,keywords co-occurrence and clustering.Results A total of 1,373 valid literatures were retrieved,and the number of published articles showed an overall upward trend,but the cooperation between institutions was insufficient.The high-frequency keywords were "nursing quality","information system","application effect",etc.In addition,operating room management,patient safety,risk management and satisfaction are of certain value in future research.Conclusion Nursing management informatization research will continue to receive close attention from nursing scholars.In the future,we can strengthen academic cooperation between institutions,build a standardized theoretical system,and do further in-depth research by comparing the research status at home and abroad.
