摘要
通過對湖北鄂州郭家細灣蕑謙墓出土的三方墓券進行細緻的研讀,發現其在性質上存在明顯的差異,可分爲鎮墓券、買地券和賣地券。買地券、賣地券爲模仿在陽世流行的土地買賣契約,道教因素並不豐富;而鎮墓券則是以新出太上老君的名義向地下丘墓諸神所發布的符敕,是南朝天師道參與喪葬儀式的直接産物,爲研究南朝天師道喪葬儀式使用的文書提供了新的材料。
Through a careful study of the three ghostdom documents unearthed from the Tomb of Jianqian in Guojiaxiwan,Ezhou,Hubei,the article finds that there exit obvious differences among them,which could be divided into tomb-repressing documents(鎮墓券),landpurchasing certificates(買地券),and land selling certificates(賣地券).The latter two imitated the title deeds used in the world of the living,with few Taoist elements.However,the tomb-repressing documents(鎮墓券)was a talisman and edict issued to the underworld gods in the name of Taishang Laojun,was an offspring of the funeral rituals with the participation of Tianshidao in the Southern dynasties,and should be regarded as a new research materials in the field of documents made and used by Tianshidao in the Southern dynasties for funeral rituals.
